You already have Microsoft brand in resume... I would say go for Rippling, you will learn more there, as the team would be small and impact would be greater. Join uber/google after a few years at L5 level
It's debatable that OP would learn more at Rippling. Their scale is negligible, and the business domain is not at all challenging or interesting (from a technical perspective)
