Uber/Microsoft or keep interviewing
Uber TC : 195k base + 65k bonus + 715k (over 4 years) stocks Level 5a Microsoft TC: 180k base + 50k bonus + 200k stocks Level 63 Startup TC : 240k base + 1400k equity (over 4 years Senior NLP engineer I have these options to consider right now and have pending interviews at Facebook and Google. Offer deadlines for above is this week. Should I accept any ( which one) or keep interviewing since I have pending interviews? Any advice will be highly appreciated. I am quite confused. 5 YOE
Level? Regardless, it totally depends on how you’re feeling right now. If you just wanna get done with the grind accept an offer and if you still have the fuel to get through a few more grueling interview sessions then go for it. I personally would aim for Google specially when I have competing offers. Also, all deadlines are extendable.
Deadlines seem to be strict. They are not agreeing to extend. But I do want to keep interviewing.
Hmmm, you can always try saying something like: “I have one big concern. You mentioned that this offer explodes in 48 hours. I’m afraid this doesn’t work at all for me. There’s no way that I can make a decision on this offer within a 48 hour window. I’m currently wrapping up my interview process at a few other companies, which is likely to take me another week or so. Is the MS stock per year or over 4 years? If it's over 4 years, I would go with Uber. Also, did you get L5 at Uber? That TC seems really good for 4 YOE.
MS stock is over 4 years and Uber is level 5a.

Did not understand UBer TC, especially the bonus part.
And the startup... is that 1.4m stock?
Uber bonus is over 2 years. Same for Microsoft. Startup stock is 1,400,000 over 4 years
