Wow. Poor Udacity. They were the pioneers, now they'll be a dinky subsidiary of a consulting company. I think they were the first ones to offer a legitimate degree with Georgia Tech. Huge blunders destroyed them. While their competitors were embracing amateur experts in the field and being more of a marketplace, they wanted to go against the grain and stick with company partnerships and the like.
