For Detroit seems like a solid offer, how much are you making at BofA now?
I am working on contract now and making 135k.but since i will be working remote,need to file taxes from California right? So thinking could have negotiated better

I’m in Detroit, 3 YOE, and my TC is almost 200k. I’m about average for mid level at StockX. I know people at argo, rivian, cruise, autonomic, groundspeed analytics, amazon, duo, and a couple other places that make similar. Quicken, Ford, and gm just pay trash.
It’s pretty good in QuickenLoans pay terms . Quicken loans is subpar in pay. Make sure you get everything in formal offer letter. IMHO 25% bonus at QL is a false promise. I’m around your same YOE getting around ~4% bonus. Increment would be around 2% .

What does up to 25% bonus mean? At Microsoft the bonus is up to 30% for L63 but very few get it. Most get around 15%.
Yea!! Even i believe 10-15% is realistic. Seems 25% bonus is part of marketing by recruiters.
