How is this company to work for ? I see either very good or very bad reviews. Cleared the onsite for Sr. SDE role at UiPath. I am yet to receive numbers. The space of RPA seems exciting and they seem to be investing in AI. How is the company doing after recent layoffs ? is it still on track for IPO?
You realize Microsoft is investing in this area right?
Uipath is led by bunch of guys shunted out of Microsoft. Hang on, where's the profitability?
They say they are on track for profitability this year. Any current UiPath employees to validate and answer some of my queries ?

I work at UiPath, came from Microsoft. No I was not shunted :) Microsoft is a great company but I was ready for the next step. Culture is really good, you will work longer hours though. Can’t comment on IPO exactly but will just say it’s a great time to join. There are a lot of really cool projects in different AI spaces. The CEO has a great vision for the company. Also Microsoft is now a competitor so it makes it really fun As it goes with most startups lots of other ex FAANG people, to be honest sometimes we have culture clashes. But I learn a lot too.
