Could someone please provide information on the culture at UiPath, what type of comp packages are currently being offered for a senior P.M. role (Product), what is the WLB, is it worth joining since it just ipo'ed. Any tips on the interviewing process? Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated.
Is it worth joining? Depends on what's important to you. Equity upside wise arent you better off at Databricks with IPO coming up-ish? Now from culture standpoint- it is as good as it gets. We have had our share our struggles but there is a real effort to ensure people and culture is not compensated. WLB- with zoom doom its meh. Overall Probably like any startup but lot of days off beyond unlimited PTO including UiPath day, good manager support for WLB. Sr PM comp I hear is competitive but no idea beyond that. Tips for interview- heck download the free version of product and use it. Aligns with the company vision to make automation accessible. Rest is routine stuff to prep. Know company. Role related questions like system design etc. Good luck bud. How is Databricks btw. Curious what got you thinking
