Posting this here too. Would love to have a conversation with someone at UiPath about their experience and if they’d be open to a referral! So appreciative of any insight/help!
What do you mean here too. Where else did you post? 🤣 anyways, with over 400mm ARR and growth trajectory that is seriously better than $snow with ipo on the horizon, financial health is stellar. C suite and culture is less than perfect but they are learning and getting better. There is a lot of focus on people (development and attracting more). Is it perfect? No. Am I happy with it? Heck yeah. DM me if you got more questions
Haha, I also posted in the referrals channel! Appreciate this context - DMing you now!
What’s your role
I’m eng in the US and like it so far
PreSales here! What Zig said. We’re overcoming some obstacles with enterprise-wide adoption of RPA and we continue to build great teams (Business Consultants) to help us do that. It’s an interesting space to work. From the Sales front, you have to be able to trust your technical advisors when they say ‘no’. I’m seeing RPA being adopted across the market in ways it shouldn’t be; predominantly by other Sales Reps in my region. My Sales Rep listens to my advice and we’re having stellar success! Those other reps are going to struggle post-implementation and renewals are going to hurt them. But overall, I love it! Great place to work, interesting problems to solve, culture is great (but is lacking in some areas; refer Zig) and I’m getting paid amazingly + IPO on the horizon taking me to MM.
Would you mind sharing your role and OTE?
Keep in mind, this is for Australia. PreSales Technical Consultant, focused on Enterprise. 185k base + ~18.5-55k bonus (based on reaching Sales target for Geo and KPI-based). Bonus is 10-30%; for me, likely hitting 30%.
This is super helpful, thank you!! DMing you now!
I'm interviewing now at Uipath and I was very impressed with their chanel executive and the partner team. The technology is great, the market opportunity is huge and if the culture is good then this would be a top tier place to work and have an impact now.
Thanks for the context! Good luck with your interviews!
And you too, I encourage you to pursue it and wish you luck in achieving your goals.
Did you took the role?
Avoid insights team at Bellevue. In general experience very depends on the team
@uipath What about Cloud engineering?
Avoid Ms people, most of them think that working hard is more important than working smart. And they don't take in negative feedback
Why does the MSFT crew get so much flack? MSFT is one of the most successful companies ever especially these past 10 years. How can these people not be good at their jobs
At msft they were in right place, at uipath they got to positions they have 0 knowledge. Like the one who was low level manager in IE team, got big role to manage microservices with 0 expertise, can't really drive a team
Fair explanation ty
Automation anywhere is 1000 times better. CEO mihir Shukla let's his wife neeti secretly run the company. It's great!
😂😂
It’s better than Biden let Kamala be the president
