Chime vs Carta vs Clari offer evaluation
Hello all, I have the following offers and I am trying to decide between them Chime Base: 185k Equity: 400k rsu over 4 years Carta Base: 180k Equity: 200k rsu over 4 years Clari Base: 190k Equity: 115k in options over 4 years YoE: 7 TC: 240 I’m narrowing it down to Clari and Chime. I’d appreciate any feedback/opinions on the companies/offers. Thanks!

How much is the options worth? For chime and carta you mentioned rsu vs options for clari. What's 1 option worth at current price for Calri?

Honestly for each of the offers what you need is what percentage of the company you're options are worth and the current valuation
I thought carta paid well. They should definitely match chime

If that's the spread then Clari's offer is better as their valuation is lower compared to Chime. I don't have any idea about their future growth though.
