Hi guys, Wondering if any of you experience this and any ways to smooth work performance wfh so that it is consistent throughout the week. For me, after several days of putting in 18 hour/day, it’s followed by a day of crashed productivity. I’m sure there’s a way to manage this since bankers work 100hr weeks under higher stress than what I’m used to in tech. For high output performers, any tips? Thanks! #Performance #work #productivity #burnout
18 hours a day? Fucking noob. When I was a kid, my whole family of 8 lived in one room where half the floor was missing. We'd get up at 3 am, lick the asphalt for breakfast, and go work IN THE MILL 22 hours a day for a fivepence a week. And when we got home dad beat us on the head with a broken vodka bottle. I'm now L7 at Facebook, TC $830k
Do you think head beating with Vodka bottle is a prerequisite for high TC ? I am in 40s and I would like to know if it is too late to get some head beating myself
Why in the hell are you working 18 hours a day? You better be making 500k for that kind of ask
I think maybe you have unrealistic expectations for yourself.
