Didn’t take care of their customers and keep delaying changing gates without any announcement . How could this airline still exist today? I think most USA airlines should learn Asia airlines. That’s the best practice of how to treat customer. Like ANA or Singapore airline.
United is hands down the worst. We travel a lot and avoid United like the plague.
I fly United all the time and don't seem to have these issues. I should note I'm also a Premier Status member.
