Unity IC5 level Offer
Hi, I recently got offer from Unity for IC5. YOE~5 Current TC 160k Unity offer: 150k base + 10k sign on + 240k RSU (4 year vesting 25% each). There is no significant difference between salary, only thing that is lucrative is 240k RSUs. Should I go with unity or wait for better options? Please #unity #unitytech #gaming #unitytechnologies
