Unspoken Perks of Facebook
Folks - Aside from TC. Anyone have any details on cool and often unspoken perks of Facebook that do not get much attention? I don't know much about Facebook offices and HQ for that matter, but I you hear about free dry cleaning, free cafeteria food, etc. Pre-Covid and when everyone was back in the office, can anyone speak to the smaller perks that made working at a FANG awesome! #productmanager #product #pm #workperks
Free food, phone, gym, and shuttles are the biggest ones that people use.

Other perks are free dry cleaning, reimbursed lyft rides up to $200 month, free Alaska MVP status, free ads credit $250 per month, very good 401k with in plan Roth conversion, really good free life insurance plan. High budgets for team events. Unlimited work travel budgets. Honestly there are so many little things it is hard to remember them all.
What are the ads credit for?
The idea is dogfooding our ads product, but you can use them for example to help a small business you know.
Don’t forget working daily to divide the country, undermining democracy, increasing teen depression and being embarrassed to tell people where you work!
Isn’t that every social media company nowadays? We need social media for mature adults (that’s not work related).
The last point cracked me up coming from some one working at Amazon.
