Seattle, Wa Hello, I am currently working at T-Mobile and im currently in my 3rd year of college(Computer Science). I have just 3 questions, and I appreciate your support and knowledge. 1. Would it be smart to stay with T-Mobile after I graduate to pursue a career as a Software Engineer/ Tech? 2. Can you give me advice or knowledge for finding/getting jobs? 3. Try to get an internship at a FANG company before you graduate. Take advantage of all the graduate recruiting that they do. Learn lots of algorithms, and practice applying them e.g. using Leetcode. This might help with your academic studies too. Get a good GPA. It matters for entry-level positions.
