Hi Folks, I have upcoming virtual on-site interviews at Rivian & Samsara for Senior software Engineer roles in bay area with Remote option at Rivian. I'll be grateful if you can answer few of my questions about these places - 1. Which place do you think is better in terms of maximizing learning. Work at Rivian is related to factory operations optimization while at Samsara its a Growth Engineering role. Both are software related. 2. Whats the highest TC that can be negotiated for Senior level at these two companies. Is one better than the other for maximizing compensation? 3. Is one a better brand name for resume over the other.
