Microsoft Teams is still gaining momentum which is putting massive pressure on companies to not have multiple platforms. Slack even though a good platform is being pushed out because of this. Salesforce is a good platform, but there is so many options put that have direct connections to Teams and Microsoft PowerPlatform.
