Hello, I'm currently in the initial steps of the interview process for Teslas SRE open role. I'm not sure what to expect. Would it be safe to assume that it would be a traditional technical interview? 1. Technical phone screen 2. Online assessment 3. Technical interview panel 4. System Design 5. Behavioral If not, can someone who's an SRE or SWE at TESLA Sshine some light into this? Also, the type of coding questions to expect? So I can tailor my study plan TC: 230K
There are no OAs at Tesla that I've heard of.
Are you SRE at Google? Why are you switching? Google arguably has the best SRE adoption/implementation.
Fastest for me was (2-3 days prep per topic below): - Coding is just tht leetcode 75 (minus the DP and graph and hard questions): https://leetcode.com/discuss/general-discussion/460599/blind-75-leetcode-questions - Systems design is https://github.com/donnemartin/system-design-primer - Systems interview is linux internals The Linux Systems Interview: Understanding Linux Internals And Troubleshooting https://a.co/d/cFREXWR

Why would you even consider working for Tesla? This is a cult and Elmo has no respect for any engineers.
