Upper level snap comp
Snap recruiter reached out. Normally I ignore recruiters but I hear snap has high comp. I make in the 600s at goog. Is 800k possible at snap? What level would that have to be? Asking cause levels.fyi is garbage at higher levels

How the f can Snap afford to pay this much ?
All the FAANG companies can afford to pay even more. But they don't need to. This is the way for Snap to attract the same quality of talent. At least until the company is large and established.

I rejected offers from google, Facebook and amazon before I joined snap. Now my TC is 800k

I rejected google and FB L5/E5, my yoe is 10. How many yoe do you have and what level do you target at snap?
Yes, if you are L6 at G. You might be able to get L6 at Snap which can get you close to 800k (including refreshers that vest during your first 4 years)
