Looking for McKinsey referral

Looking for McKinsey referral Position: Junior Consultant Operations excellence program Hi, I am recent graduate from top universities in Europe. I started my first proper job at Spotify in the summer. I was psyched to work with something I love and use daily and was progressing nicely in my role (project & ops manager, highest performance rating) unfortunately my joy was cut short as I was part of the mass layoffs in December. Before starting a Spotify my plan was to get in to consulting and I had offers from RB and OW. Now I am looking to get into consulting and looking for a referral to boost my application.
