27k 2020 and 39k 2021 Planning to send a check for $10k with a request for payment plan to pay down everything by Nov 2022 Hoping they will accept it

Late filing fee is going to be a killer.

Turbotax has back-filing options available, unless you have some extraneous situations (i.e resident status in another country) its probably fine to work it
