Ola Offer Negotiation
I have 5 yoe and my current TC is 12. Already have an offer of 30. What can I expect from Ola for an SDE - II role. Also I guess it's in Ola financial services don't know if they have a separate pay band. Anyone from Ola or who has recently joined or has any idea please comment. HR said that generally they offer max 27-28 but since I have offer they can match or just above that. #tech #negotiation #Ola #indiasalary
Ola had offered me a TC of 30 with 3 YOE , as I had an offer of 28 for SDE 2
