pros and cons of Fidelity investment and Kemper insurance offers

Hello Blinds community, I got 2 offers one from fidelity investments it’s FTE and another with Kemper insurance as Sr. Devops engineer Kemper is willing to provide more compensation Compare to fidelity. But Fidelity have more opportunities learn and grow, but Kemper they recently started migrating to AWS. Can you please share your thoughts on both of the companies and what would be better in a longer term. Thanks
