I have a upcoming onsite interview @ Evernote. 1. Back End Coding Round - what should i expect? LC style ? 2. Debugging round - No idea what to expect here?? 3. System Design round - is this more like open ended systems (design uber , instagram or object oriented)?? All inputs appreciated. My current TC: 150k
I went through an interview with them last month. Depending on which team, for me it was the desktop client team, the coding round was something like happy numer LC problem, lca for binary tree, debugging was making test cases pass given a React app with bugs in it, and that's it. I find debugging interviews too subjective for an interview, despite being able to communicate my ideas with the interviewer and getting rid of all bugs.
Debugging interview is subjective I agree not sure if itās the best way to evaluate
Where them Evernote engineers at ?
1. expect leetcode medium question. maybe 2 questions if you solve fast enough 2. given a small codebase (100-200 lines of code) with some failing tests, find bugs and fix them 3. open ended. unlikely that you'll write any code for this
Thanks for the reply I Just DMād you
