Folks, interviewing for a non-technical Director-level role with 2-3 reports in Redwood city. What is doable to achieve comp-wise, in your experience, please? Thanks
One of the worst companies to work or interview for. They do not know how to treat people well. Had horrible experience with them. I would rather be unemployed than working for a company that doesn't know how to treat people well.
