Need Career advice

Hello everyone, I am seeking career advice on behalf of my brother. Can someone please recommend Cyber Security or SOC analyst entry level job and possible ways to get an interview calls? Experience and Education details: He graduated with a Master’s in Cybersecurity (December 2023) after completing Bachelor's in IT (May 2021). Despite his educational background, he is finding the US IT job market quite challenging, even for internships. Experience & Skills: - previously work:7 months as a Linux administrator. -Worked as a software Security Teaching Assistant for 6 months Certifications: Red Hat System Administrator, Red Hat System Engineer, CEH, Network Essentials by EC-Council, Google Cybersecurity Professional, AWS Practitioner, and CompTIA Network+. - Practical Skills: He built home and network labs, deployed DDoS attacks for learning, and used tools like Snort, ZAP, and Wireshark. Also been exploring vulnerabilities through platforms like PortSwigger, HTB, THM, HackerOne, and Bugcrowd, focusing on SQLi, XSS, IDOR, both manually and using tools like Burp Suite, zap, Nessus. - Advanced Learning: Deployed Splunk SIEM for hands-on experience, learning SPL, managing forwarders, and analyzing CSV log files. Despite these efforts, he is struggling to advance skills in finding vulnerabilities. He is actively looking for ways to gain more practical experience. Questions: 1. Are there specific strategies or pathways you would recommend for someone in my position trying to enter the cybersecurity field? 2. How can he leverage skills and knowledge to land a role in this competitive field? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
