Which is a better 77” OLED TV? Primarily for streaming movies and sports. No gaming. Price is almost the same. Mainly trying to understand the trade-off between Samsung’s QDOLED + HDR10+ vs LG’s Dolby Vision support
I own both. Ppl saying c3 are nuts. The brightness on the s90c blows the c3 out of the water
This helps. Did some more research and decided to go with S90C
The weight difference between the two products might be a differentiating factor
None s95c
S90d just launched too
77” is not available yet and 65” is already 2.7k
LG C4/G4 too
LG -G4
It’s great but just more than double the price :)
Btw I am using s90c Purchased it at discount 75/77” at 2000 out of the door on Samsung.com last November
Better to buy the S89C at a 300$ less price, it has the same panel as the S90C. It is only being manufactured for BestBuy and I think it is almost out of stock now with no more production since the new model (S90D) is being launched. 89C is only available in 77”. The only difference between 89C and 90C is the stand. Also, you can check https://www.techradar.com/news/best-65-inch-4k-tvs
I got the S90C from Samsung website for 1960 + taxes with corp 10% + referral 5% discount
Do not buy LG. Bad customer service, buggy remote and tv software. Sound is also not good. Only picture quality is good in LG. Go for Sony, way way better than LG in everything.
Sony A95L
S90C Compares with G3 . C3 is one level below ..
Panel quality is comparable. Samsung software is garbage.
