I've heard from pepople working in companies such as Reaktor and Ab Initio Software. All employees seem happy as shown by their general low turnarounds. However, it definitely not for everyone cause their is a lot ambiguity about who is in charge. It also depends on how flat the organization is.

Street news was that most of them are just sales coming to office party drunk with their regular flames, also sales, and forgot panties and condoms on the floor.
