What is the split for 350k? RSU over 4 years?
There are no RSU refreshers here unless you get promoted or hit your 4 year cliff

YOE 15 / offer ZP5 / New York / $350 ore / RsU $875 - also sitting on offer from Amazon L6 $325 RsU $850 - currently at MSFT what to do !!! Loads of noise on here around Amazon but has zoom wave gone
Go for Amazon! You will haveore consistent share growth in years to come with less volatility
