New hires have 15 days PTO plus 4 additional days off. The 4 days have to be taken within the year. You can roll over 75% of your PTO to the next year.

I would guess your TC will take a hit coming from meta, but better WLB and more job security.

Take a hit? It will be absolutely decimated if you’re outside of research.
How is health insurance? How high are premiums and 401K March? HSA available? Any contribution to the HSA by Bosch?
