Star Interview Method
Does anyone ever had a Star Method Interview? I'm scheduled for one with a government agency. Any suggestions ๐ค
I found an amazing course for Star questions on Day1careers. That one goes above and beyond. For simple ones, you can just google but if you do wanna kill it, I recommend the Day1careers course

Yes i had a STAR interview for round 2 of caterpillar. It is basically behavioural questions. My interview went for 1 hour. I cleared the round but didnt join the company as the wlb was not good and i had better offer from other company.
