I saw the townhall with Elon Musk and his take on potential layoffs. I will just say it -- layoffs are on the horizon. Take good care of yourself, prioritize your own time, network extensively, reach out and start interviewing, if you haven't already done so. Hope for the best but be prepared for the worst. RL vibes are pretty solid. Nobody is anticipating layoffs at all. They are still actively hiring across most functions here.
We need some house cleaning like any other big tech
