Ameren SWE Salary Range

Asking for a friend that’s getting an entry level offer for an Associate SWE role at Ameren. What can he expect in terms of an offer? Benefits? Is Ameren remote/stay remote? Thanks! TC: 160 #engineering #software #swe #salary

Thanks for the info. Is that including bonus or just base? What’s the bonus usually like? Are most SWEs remote?

Yes that’s just base pay + 8% bonus ( target ). There are other benefits like pension , 401k ( 6% employer match) and other regular ones. After covid, it’s pretty much 100% remote for digital teams.
