What TC to expect for Lead Software Engineer at VISA ? Recruiter shared me the good news but yet to share any numbers. I don’t see any info in levels.fyi. Current TC : 190, 14 YOE Location: Foster City,CA

14 yoe and eBay pays you 190k? I thought eBay payed its peeps well. But one of my friend with 8 yoe recently got a TC around 230k for a senior position at Visa. You might be getting more than that.
You guys are under paid
Yeah they pour money to the "senior directors" who make just as much but have no technical ability whatsoever
I also think you’ll probably break 230k easily, though I don’t really know how their comp goes
I'm Lead SW at Visa. Here are my numbers 175k base 20% cash bonus. RSU not included in offer but you will get RSU during annual review for this level These numbers are for Austin
Thanks, I know RSU are not heavy in Visa. Can I expect 100k/4 years when joining?
AFAIK they don't mention/give RSU in your offer letter. What you get is only during your annual review if your manager feels like giving it to you. But you can ask for joining bonus, they gave me around 40k rsu as joining bonus vesting over 3 years
