Hello Blind family ! I have a Offer from VMware for a Director of Product Marketing The offer is 250k base with 25% bonus and $200k RSU Any advice on what numbers Shd I try to target ? I personally feel that the RSU’s are very low My current numbers 15 years experience / 225 base / 25 % bonus / $200k rsu Appreciate the feedback
