what is ascent program?
Itโs a bootcamp program. VMWare partnered with Galvanize to train entry level devs after passing the hiring process with VMWare (OA, technical and behavioral interviews). Mine runs for 12weeks covering topics like micro-services, backend Java etc. Afterwards, itโs possible (likely) to get a full time offer with VMWare
