I recently got an offer from VMWare for MTS-3 position YOE - 5.9 Yrs TC offered- Base - 33L Bonus- 4L Joining - 3L Stocks- 37500$ Current TC Base - 23 L Bonus - 6.5L Need genuine advice on joining VMware How is the culture and growth in Vmware. How much hike once can expect in next review cycle?
My friends with 2 yrs of exp are getting 30base on different company. Going by that, I believe 33 lks is less but still its a big jump in TC so I would recommend going for it.
