I got 150k at MTS3 for 4 years, and that was an year ago. You can easily pull more RSUs.

Seems ok, base is pretty decent, I would ask for more RSUs, as refreshers are probably going to be small (or maybe non-existant, probably lots of changes post-acquisition).
They sent the email and bump rsu to $200k from $126k
