Does VMware pay annual target bonus as they mention in offer? What percentage does they fail to pay the target bonus?
Depends on your performance and org's perf. I have seen 190% , also very recently 80% across a BU. May be you should answer questions in the thread when seeking input from others. It goes both ways.
I've never not gotten at least 100%, but capped out at 120%. Bonuses are now once a year which sucks. I'm a very solid performer and was promoted to staff last year (after being forced to wait a year due to pandemic). Your TC blows mine away and I'm also in Texas. In my experience refreshers have been shit which is why I'm about to jump ship.
