Does anyone regret leaving a fully remote job for a higher TC and going back to office?

Getting sextorted
Completely late on this but ill answer You’ll find a slight disconnect between leadership and employees where leadership will be quiet for a period of time this can for weeks to months with a follow up all hands meeting that talks about how they’re currently doing and they want to embed trust into employees. This has happened several times. Slido is the question poll software they used which was once anonymous has you log in to leave a question due to all the hard hitting comments employees were asking which is enough to show how much they care about their workers. Essentially there is no company culture there’s minimum events for employees to attend to no real incentives. I left early 2023(not part of the major layoffs) - Pay from what I was seeing before leaving they were paying below market in my department they wanted talent for cheap often times it let our top talent leave. I even have buddies that were trying to get their TC reevaluated but no budge. Whatever you secure during your initial offer letter that’s what you get plus yearly 10% increases and bonuses if they still include that in their offers. Overall Workrise is a decent gig if you can WFH barely do your work and log off at 5pm. Don’t expect to work there for over 2 years. Find somewhere while you work here trust me you’ll thank yourself.
