LTI awards are determined by your manager and the chain of command. It is based on your performance and long term strategic value to the company. There is no minimum LTI award and the maximum is set by your managers budget although approval for atypical awards would be needed. Vest over 4 years, 1/4 each year as of ~Aug 9th.
For SMTS, what's the average in AMD?
I have no idea what the corporate average is. I have seen numbers between $40k/4yrs to $80k+/4yrs in NA. I would guess the NA average is around $60k/4yrs if you include all employees including those those who weren't granted LTI RSUs. (For SMTS)
