Are you looking for a VP or a senior SWE lol? Your requirements sound like senior or staff SWE, not VP.

I'm genuinely interested - L6 at Google. And I meet all the criteria. I would want my base matched. And about 2-3x the un-vested equity at Google to compensate for the risk - I currently have around $1 million in un&vested shares (happy to provide a Schwab screenshot). For a funding member to say anything being “funders problem not mine” then this candidate should not be considered I think. PS I am a funding person myself with peanuts TC.

I can do all of that myself more or less, and I think everyone on my team can too. I doubt we’re unique. Not going to start a company because I have no good ideas and also I don’t really want to do all of that myself or take on huge risk.
