TSMC sr engr arizona offer

Got offer for JG32T Sr Quality Engineer from tsmc arizona. Have ~5yrs of semiconductor engr experience. Base salary: 120k bonus: 20% per yr tsmc gives no stock options no joining bonus offered, relocation to Taiwan for few months and move to Arizona covered current compensation is pretty much same, wondering if negotiation works and how much base salary, joining bonus should I ask. #hardware #interview #semiconductor #tech #techindustry
