What should I focus my attention on over the next 3-5 years?

So some background first. I have a Bachelor's of Science and Business Administration (2012) with a focus on finance and a Masters of Science of Business Analytics (2020). I have over 8 years of total experience where I predominantly been focused on FP&A, financial reporting and data analytics in marketing. I just accepted an offer as a Principal Data Scientist at a major Telecom company making around 130k TC. This is about a 45% increase in TC from my previous role as a lead analyst. Since early April, I have had interviews with Facebook, Affirm, Amazon, Data Camp and Charles Schwab just to name a few. I did receive a L5 BA offer from Amazon with a similar compensation to the offer that I accepted. My goal is to set myself up for a successful career hopefully at a FAANG corporation. My dream company is to work at Google or Microsoft. I took my current offer over Amazon's because I believe the title and responsibilities of being a principal data scientist will better position and challenge me than to be a business analyst. The BA role would essentially just be running SQL queries and producing dashboards in AWS Quicksight. The PDS role is handling all sorts of marketing initiatives with some machine learning, report/process automation and python coding utilizing AWS platforms such as S3, EC2, lambda, glue and databricks. I don't know all the details about it since I just started. The company I'm working at has a good WLB and a good reputation on how it treats its employees so I want to stay in the role for some time to grow and learn unless a better opportunity arises. I've been thinking about what I can do on the side to better strengthen my skillsets and here are some of the things I'm thinking of doing: taking DataCamp/CodeAcademy online courses, getting AWS certification and taking the MIT end to end full stack developer certification course. Are there things that I should be doing or focusing on to better position myself that you all would recommend?
