Value of Microsoft copilot projects

What’s the value of Microsoft copilot team experiences? It’s essentially building LLM-based app with RAG, vector search, vector storage etc at scalability. It’s far away from AI modeling. Does such experience count as LLM (relevant) experience? Will such experiences be marketable and valuable in near future?
