Seen a recent Sr Manager position in tech that piqued my interest. Couple of questions: How's the performance management / PIP culture at Vanguard within tech? I can put in the work but not looking for something like Cap1 which recently took up Amazon PIP / URA culture. I want something long term where I can bring real value and grow engineers and bring tech best practices. How modern is the tech stack / cloud / processes? How fast moving are things? Don't want super slow like JPM, don't want series A startup speed either
Vanguard is about 5 years behind everyone else in terms of tech
