Vanguard vs Capital One
I basically I have an offer in hand from Vanguard, save for the final numbers. My asking was 180k but based on what my recruiter said it'll probably be a stretch for them. I also have the final interview with Capital One Aug 3d. Salary: 182k My question is: without knowing the final offer from Vanguard but knowing I have that job, and knowing that it will take me 2.5-3 weeks before I know if I got into Capital One, how should I proceed? I don't want to keep Vanguard hanging, but there is no guarantee that I will get into Capital One. Any advice would be appreciated!
