I have a offer from vanguard GR&S for base pay 180k at dallas. I am currently working for FedEx with base pay around 130k. Is it a good decision to join vanguard at this recession time? Or should I stay with my current role given I dont have any layoff probability at FedEx.
Leave fedex - expeditiously overnight
Next day shipping
Vanguard isnāt exactly synonymous with instability. They uhh..*checks notes* own like half the planet along with Blackrock. No brainer.
This 1000%
Sorry dint understand. So are you recommending to join vanguard.
What makes you say you donāt have any listing probability
Considering my position and dependency at current role. I dont think fedex would be in position to lay off.
Vanguard all day
@Electrify America Please fix your stations ffs. What is going on over there?
Gas stations work great.
VTI alone has 1 trillion of peoples monies
Both are useless
Accenture is just brand name TCS
Jump. There is nothing worse than spending extra time at a company that pays you less. You have enough experience and you should be paid for this. Worst case you boomerang and come back to FedEx. At that point you would be in a position to get a better job there too.
I wonder what OP did. With 10 years in s/he probably had stock options and 2 months PTO. I just searched FedEx today after hearing people at FedEx should update their resumes.
