Ford motor company expected Salary for SRE?
I have approx 6 YOE and my current TC is $162K. I am aiming for $200K but for last year I interviewed with them and they offered $135K after interview was all said and done. Is it unreasonable to expect a significant change in offer?

Best you’ll get from ford is maybe 140k
Yes. Ford doesn't pay 200k to people with 6 yoe.
At least not in Michigan
It would hopefully be based out of Michigan. At what level/YOE would you expect them to get up to that?
