An SRE role might not have much to do with payments at Venmo actually, you might simply be working on the infra side of things in the cloud which is pretty generic across any company.

OP, what is the position title? Below are the approx ranges Staff-1(t25) - Base can go upto 135k, bonus 10% RSUs150k to 200k/ 3years Staff-2(t26) - Base can go up to 160k, 15% bonus, RSUs 250k to 300k/ 3 years
They said its staff engineer, t-25 . Does that help ?
