Hi All, 6 YOE, TC ~248K for Hardware Test Engineer SFO Cruise offer: ~ 171K (base)/15 % bonus/305K (RSU,4yrs)/no signing bonus I know the verbal offer is on very lower end. Can you suggest me on how much I can go upto from Base salary to signing bonus. Thanks for reading and also for your help. #cruise
I believe this is for L5. You can negotiate on RSUs. I don’t think they will increase base much.
Did you and the hr talked about start date yet? Somehow they told me I need to start after 3 weeks or 4 weeks, not within 3 weeks. I wonder if this is a common thing.

The offer looks good except for the base which you should negotiate. It'll also depend on what level they're trying to bring you in. But I don't understand RSUs. Cruise is private company, right? So, by RSUs do you mean options that you can buy?
