Verily compensation
Hi All, My friend got a job at Verily and would like to know below details if anyone has any information. 1) how is the work culture? 2) is verily doing well as a company and has good future. 3) he did mention that the comp is not that great and below Google standard. Anyone has any idea about verily stock? Total stock value that he got is almost half of what u get at Google L3.
the other bets are still high risk esp now that they are not offering higher comps as they did in the past and also heard that they r giving out verily specific stock which has also some small risk associated. In short, if ur not passionate about the work and their mission and you have other options then I would advise against joining
they have also moved into a separate campus in South SF so you won't be bear the main campus if that matters in the decision
